As a Manager \- Training at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees across various departments. You will work closely with leadership to identify training needs, design effective training materials, and deliver engaging training sessions. Your role will ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary tools to succeed in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews to identify gaps in skills and knowledge.

2\. Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of employees at different levels.

3\. Lead training sessions, workshops, and seminars, using a variety of instructional techniques to engage and motivate participants.

4\. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.

5\. Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of training programs with business objectives.

6\. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to enhance program offerings.

7\. Maintain training records and prepare reports outlining training activities and outcomes.
