Job Description
#### **Role Overview**
The Senior Manager – University Relations will drive CoreEL Technologies’ vision of bridging industry and academia by building strategic partnerships, enabling technology adoption, and creating innovation ecosystems that prepare students for real\-world industry demands. The role focuses on business growth, relationship management, program delivery, and achieving revenue targets through customer\-centric strategies.
#### **Key Responsibilities**
- Build and scale industry\-academia partnerships across locations to drive adoption of CoreEL solutions.
- Drive adoption of Centers of Excellence, Innovation Labs, and skill development programs in universities and colleges.
- Collaborate with universities to deliver campus\-wide technology solutions and long\-term engagement models.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and close partnerships that contribute to revenue and growth targets.
- Create strategic alliances with industry, consulting partners, ESPs, and government bodies to strengthen the ecosystem.
- Lead negotiations, MoUs, and commercial discussions with academic and industry stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Product to ensure successful program execution and customer satisfaction.
- Represent CoreEL at conferences, forums, and academic events to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Develop market insights, partner intelligence, and engagement plans to drive continuous growth.
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve individual and team goals while building a high\-performance culture.

- Secured campus\-wide technology deployments in reputed institutions.
- Built partnerships with consultants, ESPs, and manufacturing industries.

#### **Qualifications \& Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Management, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10\+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or university/academic relations.
- Proven track record of building industry\-academia partnerships and driving business growth.
- Experience in edtech, technology solutions, or skill development domain is highly desirable.
