• *Key Responsibilities \-**

• Drive GTM planning and execution

• Sharp analytical capability to interpret data, identify patterns, challenge assumptions, and turn insights into action

• Customer research expertise across interviews and surveys

• Ability to identify growth opportunities, conduct experiments to validate the hypothesis and scale the experiments

• Hands\-on experience with MarTech and engagement platforms such as MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar lifecycle automation tools

• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, audience segmentation, trigger\-based journeys, and marketing mechanics

• Proficiency in campaign performance analysis, including open rates, CTR, funnel conversion, cohort analysis, and iterative optimisation

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data models, for reporting and business analysis

• Working knowledge of SQL for extracting, analysing, and validating data

• Strong cross\-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as the voice of the customer in strategic discussions
