- Consults within scrum or other teams on test planning and participates, for example, in scrum team testing, planning and demo activities along with the verification leads.
- Conducts functional and performance, load and reliability testing
- Knowledge on ADS, RV\&S and CQ
- Documents requirements, test design and test reports. Knowledge on Windchill
- Maintenance of requirements traceability.
- Work closely with the lead verification engineers to ensure the best quality software is shipped on time.
- Ensure deliverables are on time and of high quality

- **Manual Testing Expertise**: 6\+ years of experience in functional, performance, load, and reliability testing.
- **Agile/Scrum Knowledge**: Ability to collaborate effectively within scrum teams and participate in agile ceremonies.
- **Tools \& Platforms**:
- ADS (Application Development System)
- RV\&S (Requirements, Verification \& Solutions)
- CQ (ClearQuest)
- **Documentation Skills**: Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and detailed reports.
- **Requirements Management**: Experience in maintaining requirements traceability.
- **Windchill Knowledge**: Familiarity with Windchill for product lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
