We are looking for a **detail\-oriented and quality\-driven Manual QA Tester** to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to **ensure the stability, usability, and performance of our Web and Mobile applications** by thoroughly testing features developed by our engineering team.

This role requires someone who is **analytical, proactive in identifying issues, and able to clearly communicate defects with developers** to improve overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Web \& Mobile Application Testing**

• Perform **end\-to\-end manual testing** for Web and Mobile applications (Android / iOS).
• Test new features, modules, and product updates developed by the engineering team.
• Conduct **functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing**.

• *2\. Bug Identification \& Reporting**

• Identify application issues, inconsistencies, and unexpected behaviors.
• Document bugs with **clear reproduction steps, screenshots/videos, expected vs actual results, and severity levels**.
• Create **structured and actionable bug tickets** in the project management system.

• *3\. Daily Quality Reporting**

• Actively test newly released features and modules.
• Maintain consistent documentation of discovered issues.
• Create **a minimum of 20 well\-documented issue tickets per day** based on testing results.

• *4\. Test Case Development**

• Develop and maintain **test cases and test scenarios** based on product requirements.
• Ensure **comprehensive coverage of user flows, edge cases, and potential failure points**.

• *5\. Collaboration with Development Team**

• Work closely with developers and product teams to **clarify requirements and validate bug fixes**.
• Perform **retesting and regression testing** after issues are resolved.

• *6\. Cross\-Platform Validation**

* Verify application functionality across

• Multiple browsers
• Different screen sizes
• Various mobile devices and OS versions

• *7\. Product Quality Improvement**

• Provide feedback on **usability, performance, and user experience improvements**.
• Help maintain a **high standard of product quality before releases**.

Required Skills

• Experience in **Manual Testing for Web and Mobile applications**
• Strong understanding of **Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)**
• Experience with **bug tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, etc.)**
• Ability to write **clear, structured, and developer\-friendly bug reports**
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Basic knowledge of **API testing tools (Postman, etc.) is a plus**
