Manual Tester - QA Engineer

• *Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced Manual Tester \-QA Engineer with 3 years of experience in software testing to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, test case design, defect management, and SDLC/STLC processes.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute manual testing, including functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using Jira or similar tools.
• Perform end\-to\-end testing and validate application functionality.
• Prepare test data and maintain test documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve defects.
• Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and defect review meetings.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and ensure software quality standards are met.
• Perform basic database validation using SQL and API testing using Postman, if required.

• *Skills Required:**

• 3 years of experience in Manual Testing.
• Expertise in Test Case Design, Execution, and Defect Tracking.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
• Hands\-on experience with Jira or similar tools.
• Basic SQL and API Testing (Postman) knowledge preferred.
• Any IT Graduate with ISTQB Certification.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
