• *Job Overview**

Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail\-oriented and enthusiastic **Manual QA Tester** with **1–2 years of experience** to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in software testing, defect reporting, test case execution, and quality assurance processes. You will work closely with developers and project teams to ensure high\-quality software delivery.

• *Key Responsibilities: \-**

• Analyze software requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira or similar bug\-tracking tools.
• Verify bug fixes by conducting re\-testing and regression testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve defects.
• Maintain testing documentation, defect logs, and test execution reports.
• Participate in requirement review meetings and provide QA feedback.
• Ensure software quality standards are maintained before product release.

• *Required Skills**

• 1–2 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Hands\-on experience in writing test cases and test scenarios.
• Knowledge of functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
• Experience using Jira or similar defect management tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Knowledge of API testing using Postman.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
• Basic knowledge of Automation Testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium will be an added advantage.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (CS/IT), B.Tech., MCA, or a related field.
