• *Technical Skills**

1\) 10\-13 years in heavy engineering / agriculture machinery / automotive manufacturing.

2\) Strong hands on experience in

Sheet metal fabrication

Welding processes

Powder coating \& liquid paint systems

Industrial engineering \& line balancing

Lean manufacturing deployment

Knowledge of CAD tools (AutoCAD / SolidWorks).

Exposure to ERP /MES systems.

Knowledge of TPM and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) practices.
