Job Description
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct **market research** on property trends, pricing, demand \& supply
- Analyze competitor projects and market positioning
- Identify **new land / project opportunities** for development
- Perform **site visits** and collect on\-ground data
- Study surrounding infrastructure (Near by project)
- Prepare **feasibility reports** and project analysis
- Coordinate with brokers, agents, and local contacts for insights
- Support business development team in **project planning \& strategy**
- Maintain database of market data and property details
- Track government policies, RERA updates, and real estate regulations
Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
