We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and self\-motivated Market Research \& Lead Generation Executive to join our fast\-growing team in Kolkata. This is an office\-based role where you will play a key part in identifying target clients through advanced internet research skills, generating qualified leads and supporting business growth.

• *Key Responsibilities**

⁠ ⁠2\. Generate, qualify, and maintain high\-quality B2B leads

⁠ ⁠3\. Build and maintain accurate lead databases

⁠ ⁠4\. Support client outreach and follow\-up activities

⁠ ⁠5\. Communicate professionally with prospective clients

6\. Prepare reports and summaries using Microsoft tools

7\. Assist with other business development activities as required

⁠ ⁠8\. Continuously improve research quality, lead accuracy, and overall business intelligence.

⁠ 3\. Excellent internet research abilities and attention to detail.

⁠ ⁠4\. Good written and verbal communication skills.

⁠ ⁠5\. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.

⁠ ⁠6\. Understanding of CRM systems is an advantage.

Location: Kolkata (Office\-based)

Work Schedule: 5–6 days per week

Job Type: Full\-time

Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
