This remote position strongly prefers Gen Z candidates who inherently grasp modern digital landscapes, content trends, the creator economy, and consumer behavior. Key tasks include managing and growing social media across platforms, creating and maintaining monthly content calendars, planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, and coordinating with design or creative teams. The manager must be proactive, culturally aware of internet trends, and skilled at building brands from inception in a global, fast-paced environment.
