Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Marketing \& Business Development Executive to generate qualified leads, build client relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective clients across relevant industries.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, Instagram, referrals, and other channels.
• Connect with prospects, understand their requirements, and schedule meetings.
• Manage follow\-ups and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks, case studies, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized digital marketing solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow\-ups, and conversions.
• Support client presentations, negotiations, and business development targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or digital marketing.
• Experience selling digital marketing services is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, Instagram, Google Workspace, and CRM or lead\-tracking tools.
• Strong research, follow\-up, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self\-motivated, organized, target\-oriented, and comfortable with client\-facing responsibilities.
