Job Title: Marketing and Communication Executive
Location: Faridabad, Haryana
Experience: 3–5 Years (B2B preferred)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Gross)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing \& Communications Executive to handle end\-to\-end brand communication, content creation, digital marketing, and sales support for a leading manufacturing company. This is a hands\-on role ideal for someone who can independently manage marketing activities in a B2B industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
\- Brand \& Communications: Maintain brand identity and create professional content for LinkedIn, website, newsletters, and email campaigns.
\- Content \& Digital Marketing: Design marketing collateral (catalogues, brochures, presentations, social creatives), manage content calendar, run LinkedIn campaigns, and monitor performance.
\- Sales Enablement: Work with Sales \& R\&D teams to create product datasheets, technical brochures, presentations, and sales\-ready materials.
\- Events \& Exhibitions: Support trade shows and events with banners, standees, and collateral.
\- Website Management: Update product pages and keep company website content fresh.
\- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high\-quality outputs.
Qualifications \& Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
\- Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
\- Good knowledge of PowerPoint/Google Slides, CorelDRAW (preferred).
\- Basic video editing for Reels/shorts.
\- Familiar with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO, and email marketing platforms.
\- Excellent English writing \& communication skills.
\- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
\- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
\- Creative yet professional approach suitable for B2B manufacturing.
\- Problem\-solving mindset and collaborative nature.
Preferred Experience
\- 3–5 years in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design.
\- Prior experience in B2B Manufacturing / Industrial / Engineering sector is a big advantage.
\- Portfolio is mandatory (social media campaigns, catalogues, brochures, branding work).
