Operations \& Marketing Executive Company: Fish FM Location: Kottoli, Kozhikode Job Type: Full\-time \| Salary\+ Incentives About the Role Fish FM is hiring an energetic individual to manage daily store operations, order dispatches, and local customer promotions for our fresh fish \& meat retail and delivery hub in Kottoli. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily morning stock, cutting, packing, and billing. Dispatch delivery staff and ensure on\-time home deliveries. Handle customer orders via phone, app, and WhatsApp. Run daily WhatsApp broadcasts, special offers, and local social media updates. Resolve customer queries and track stock/wastage. Requirements MBA Experience: 1\+ years in retail, grocery, logistics, or sales (Freshers with good communication may apply). Skills: Fluent Malayalam, basic English, smartphone/billing software skills. Good knowledge of Kozhikode local delivery routes. Benefits Fixed salary \+ performance incentives.
