Job Description

  • *About the Role**

We're an offset printing company hiring a Sales \& Marketing Executive to generate leads, meet clients, and convert enquiries into orders for our packaging and printing services.

  • *Responsibilities**
  • Generate and collect leads through market research, directories, references, and field visits
  • Handle telemarketing — cold calls, follow\-ups, and appointment setting
  • Meet customers on\-site to understand requirements and pitch our capabilities
  • Present product samples, explain specifications, and share quotations
  • Follow up on enquiries, negotiate, and close orders
  • Maintain records of leads, calls, visits, quotations, and orders in Excel
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and update management on pipeline status
  • Coordinate with design and production teams on client requirements and timelines
  • Build long\-term relationships and drive repeat business
  • *Requirements**
  • \[1–3]\+ years experience in sales/marketing, preferably printing or packaging
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, sorting, filters, basic formulas, reports)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and field visits
  • Well\-organized with good record\-keeping discipline
  • Own two\-wheeler / willingness to travel locally
  • Graduate in any discipline; Marketing background preferred
  • *Nice to Have**
  • Existing client network in FMCG, food, or pharma sectors
  • Basic understanding of printing processes and packaging materials
  • CRM software experience
