Job Description: Field Sales Intern

NeuraMach.AI is an AI\-first technology company building next\-generation products across AI, EdTech, SaaS, and enterprise solutions. Alongside our product roadmap, we work with global clients to deliver high\-impact AI, software, and digital transformation projects. As we scale our ecosystem across multiple states, we are looking for ambitious, high\-energy Sales Interns who have a proven knack for zero\-to\-one growth and want hands\-on, on\-ground exposure to B2B sales, business development, and rapid startup scaling.
- *The Role**
While you will operate out of your home city without relocating, this role requires active, on\-ground field work within your city. You will spend your time out in the field—identifying local opportunities, visiting potential clients and institutions in person, and directly driving local user acquisition and revenue generation.
Special Requirement: We are specifically looking for hustlers who have prior experience working in a startup environment and have successfully proven their capability by bringing the first 100 users onto a platform or product.
- *Work Model \& Location Requirements**
- Work Location: Pune, In person
- Work Nature: In\-Person \& Field\-Based. You must be willing to travel locally within your city to conduct face\-to\-face meetings, attend local networking events, and pitch directly to educational institutions, corporate offices, and local businesses.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- On\-Ground User Acquisition: Drive localized, in\-person sales strategies to onboard users and institutions within your city, leveraging your past zero\-to\-one user acquisition experience.
- Local Field Prospecting \& Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify local leads through a mix of digital outreach (LinkedIn, email) and active on\-ground field visits, cold drop\-ins, and local community networking.
- City\-Level Market Expansion: Take complete ownership of sales and business development efforts across your home city and immediate surrounding areas.
- In\-Person Client Engagement: Conduct local discovery meetings, present live product demos to key decision\-makers, understand local institutional requirements, and map out tailored solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage proposals, execute timely in\-person and digital follow\-ups, and maintain accurate records of your daily field interactions and lead pipelines.
- Local Market Intelligence: Gather on\-the\-ground market research and competitor insights from your city to help the core team identify unique, hyper\-local growth opportunities.
- Founder Collaboration: Partner directly with the founding team to report daily field insights, refine regional sales strategies, and execute localization initiatives.
- *Who We Are Looking For**
- Proven Track Record: Prior startup experience with a demonstrated ability to hustle and acquire the first 100 users for a product or platform.
- Local Field Mobility: Must reside in one of our target markets and be fully comfortable and capable of daily travel and on\-ground field outreach within your city.
- Local Ecosystem Knowledge: Intimately familiar with the business, educational, and corporate landscape of your home city.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with the persuasive presence needed for face\-to\-face B2B selling.
- Mindset: Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, resilient, and eager to learn under high\-pressure startup dynamics.
- Autonomy: High degree of self\-discipline and absolute ability to take ownership while working independently in the field.
- Education: MBA, BBA, Marketing, Engineering, or any graduate looking to build a high\-growth career in tech sales and business development.
