Sales \& Marketing Manager – Ice Cream \& Beverages Startup

Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Sales \& Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and market expansion for our ice cream and beverage startup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales channels, executing marketing initiatives, building customer relationships, and growing the brand across retail, horeca, events, and direct\-to\-consumer segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and onboard distributors, retailers, cafés, restaurants, and corporate clients.
- Build and manage relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, activations, and events.
- Manage social media, digital marketing, and brand\-building initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Track sales performance, marketing ROI, and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with operations and product teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in sales and/or marketing within FMCG, food \& beverage, or consumer brands.
- Strong network within retail, horeca, or distribution channels is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-management skills.
- Self\-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
- Proficiency in sales reporting and digital marketing tools.
