Marketing and Sales Specialist

Elite Offshore Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Marketing \& Sales Executive to handle course enquiries, customer communication, sales follow\-ups and marketing activities at our CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai office.

The primary responsibility will be to handle incoming enquiries through IndiaMART, telephone calls, WhatsApp and email, explain our training programmes, follow up with prospective candidates and convert enquiries into course enrolments.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle incoming enquiries through IndiaMART, telephone calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates, explain training programmes and generate enrolments.
• Follow up regularly with interested candidates and maintain communication until enrolment.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, calls, follow\-ups, interested candidates and sales.
• Update and manage lead databases and prepare daily sales and enquiry reports.
• Identify potential customers through online research and other marketing channels.
• Support promotional activities through WhatsApp, email and other digital platforms.
• Assist with social media management, content creation, powerpoint, SEO and website updates, wherever required.

• *Skills \& Requirements**

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential.
• Good interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Ability to handle customer enquiries, follow\-ups and sales conversations confidently.
• Organised approach to maintaining records and managing multiple enquiries.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, Canva and SEO will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and content creation is preferred.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• *Experience:** Freshers can apply. Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, customer service or marketing will be preferred.

• *Languages Preferred:** English, Hindi, Marathi

• *Industry Knowledge:** No prior marine or offshore industry knowledge is required. Training will be provided.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
