About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail\-oriented, and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our international marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long\-term career in B2B marketing and grow into the role of Assistant Marketing Manager.

This position focuses on supporting day\-to\-day marketing operations, campaign execution, audience segmentation, SEO activities, and project\-based marketing tasks. Content creation is not part of this role. Comprehensive training on our marketing tools and processes will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute day\-to\-day marketing campaigns across multiple projects.
• Support email marketing campaigns using various marketing platforms.
• Assist with LinkedIn outreach and campaign management.
• Perform SEO\-related activities to improve online visibility.
• Maintain and update marketing databases and campaign records.
• Learn and effectively operate a range of digital marketing tools and software.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing activities are completed on schedule.
• Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing marketing initiatives.
• Perform additional marketing\-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor / Master's degree (Marketing specialization preferred).
• Excellent understanding of customer segmentation, including identifying target audiences by industry, company size, department, seniority, and job titles to support effective marketing campaigns.
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential, as the role involves daily communication with colleagues across Europe.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Good hands\-on computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new marketing software.
• Ability to work with multiple digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to continuous professional development.
