Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Job Summary
The Marketing Assistant supports the Sales \& Marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities to promote the hotel’s services, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance guest engagement. The role involves coordinating campaigns, managing digital content, maintaining marketing materials, and assisting with events and promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Create, update, and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.
- Manage and update the hotel's social media platforms and website content.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and media partners for marketing initiatives.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries as required.
- Support the organization of hotel events, promotions, exhibitions, and marketing activations.
- Maintain a database of clients, partners, and marketing contacts.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports, campaign performance analyses, and presentations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure brand standards are maintained across all marketing communications.
- Coordinate photography, videography, and content creation activities.
- Support the Sales team with promotional materials and marketing collateral.
Qualifications \& Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, hospitality marketing, or a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
