Job Description – Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and result\-oriented Marketing Executives to promote Rockwoods International School, increase brand awareness, generate admission enquiries, and drive student admissions. The candidate will be responsible for conducting field marketing activities, building relationships with parents and the local community, and identifying opportunities to promote the school.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Promote the school and its academic programs through field marketing activities.
• Visit nearby residential areas, apartments, communities, and other potential locations to generate admission enquiries.
• Conduct promotional campaigns, awareness programs, and marketing activities.
• Identify potential admission leads and convert them into campus visits and admissions.
• Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and promotional materials in targeted areas.
• Coordinate with the school team to organize admission campaigns, open houses, and promotional events.
• Build relationships with parents, local communities, preschools, and other educational institutions.
• Identify opportunities for school tie\-ups and local promotional partnerships.
• Support digital marketing activities by sharing school promotions and admission campaigns through WhatsApp and social media.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management.
• Maintain daily field visit reports, lead databases, and admission follow\-up records.
• Achieve assigned marketing targets and contribute to overall admission growth.

Eligibility \& Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduation.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for field marketing activities.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
• Self\-motivated, energetic, and target\-oriented.
• Previous experience in field marketing, educational marketing, sales, or business development will be an added advantage.
• Two\-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
