• *Job Overview**

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager with 2–3 years of experience in CRM operations, customer engagement, and communication automation. The candidate will be responsible for managing CRM platforms, cloud telephony, WhatsApp Business API, SMS, email marketing, push notifications, and automated communication workflows to enhance customer engagement, improve campaign performance, and streamline marketing operations.

• CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Freshsales)
• Cloud telephony (Exotel, Knowlarity, MyOperator, Ozonetel, Airtel IQ)
• IVR setup and call routing
• Push notification platforms (Firebase Cloud Messaging, OneSignal, CleverTap, MoEngage)
• WhatsApp Business API
• SMS gateway integrations
• Email marketing tools
• Basic API understanding (not necessarily coding, but knowing how systems connect)Ideal Candidate Profile

• *Qualification Required**

• **Education:** Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• **Experience:** 2–3 years in CRM Operations, Customer Communication, Customer Success, or Communication Automation.
• **Technical Skills:** Experience with CRM platforms, cloud telephony, IVR setup, WhatsApp Business API, SMS gateways, email marketing tools, and push notification platforms (Firebase, OneSignal, CleverTap, MoEngage).

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
