- *Marketing / Brand Manager**
- *WHO ARE WE?**
- *We** are a boutique real\-estate organisation that is redefining the ownership and management of weekend and homes just on city outskirts by creating new destinations for weekend getaways with easy accessibility from cities, and merging real\-estate purchases along with off\-beat and nature\-based experiences. We plan to become a branded and luxury offering in this segment, which is a very fragmented space mostly dominated by smaller and unorganised players, along with creating a post\-purchase management and rental/hospitality management vertical.
Our core team comprises real\-estate veterans with excellent business acumen, and we are backed by a couple of very marquee investors. We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic people to join us on this journey.
- *Marketing / Brand Manager – Role Summary**
Our Marketing / Brand Manager will be responsible for driving all things communication and brand \- social media, content, events, partnerships, campaign strategy, PR etc. It is a high\-ownership role wherein you will need to come up with creative solutions to increase the brand reach of the company.
- *What Will You Do?**
● Build the brand into India's most aspirational nature\-led real estate brand by owning brand strategy, storytelling, customer experience and creative direction across every touchpoint.
● Work on content strategy and drive the content creation process, working with our creative agency to create marketing tools for the sales and channel partner teams
● Take care of all Social Media platforms ensuring high level of aesthetics and reach
● Own the digital growth engine by driving qualified lead generation, optimizing marketing ROI, improving conversion rates and building scalable acquisition channels for premium real estate projects \- Plan and execute full\-funnel performance campaigns
● Effectively market and reach out to NRI audiences through digital and/or other channels
● Support creation and execution of 360\-degree marketing plan for all of our projects
● Create unique site visits experiences through F\&B, experiences, activities and other elements such as to give customers a ‘slice\-of\-life’ experience at our projects
● Work with our PR and Events agency to drive collaborations with other brands for affiliate marketing opportunities, get relevant sponsorship opportunities and host events at and off site.
● Prepare annual and campaign wise marketing plans and budgets, while ensuring adherence to these
- *WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE**
Must have
● Great storytelling skills along with a great sense of design and visual aesthetics
● Ability to work in an unstructured, fast\-paced environment and create processes to ensure timely execution
● 5\-9 years of relevant marketing experience
Good to have
● Experience in handling marketing campaigns, both online and offline
● Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Retail, Luxury, Creative agency etc or other complimentary verticals
Pay: ₹1,500,000\.00 \- ₹1,700,000\.00 per year
