We aren’t just looking for someone to input data into a spreadsheet. We want a detective—someone with a deep, inherent curiosity about retail and marketing data who consistently asks:

• **What** is happening in our sales and marketing trends?
• **Why** is it happening? *(Root cause analysis of performance spikes or drops)*
• **How** do we resolve it or capitalize on it? *(Actionable solutions)*

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Data Synthesis:** Clean, organize, and manage large datasets from e\-commerce platforms and marketing channels.
• **Trend Analysis:** Identify behavioral patterns, consumer trends, and operational insights to drive business decision\-making.
• **Reporting \& Dashboards:** Maintain and build performance tracking sheets and visual dashboards using advanced formulas.
• **Problem Solving:** Actively flag data anomalies, investigate root causes, and propose data\-backed solutions.
• **Collaboration:** Clearly translate complex datasets into simple insights and present reports to internal stakeholders.

• *Required Skills \& QualificationsTechnical Skills (Must\-Have)**

• **Advanced Excel:** Absolute proficiency in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, nested IF formulas, conditional formatting, and data cleaning.
