Job Description

  • *Job Description:*** Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing, sales, CRM, and customer data to measure campaign performance and identify business growth opportunities.
  • Own marketing performance analysis, lead quality assessment, campaign ROI, and business intelligence reporting to support strategic decision\-making.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate real\-time dashboards, KPIs, and daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports for management.
  • Analyze lead sources, campaign performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), ROI, and lead conversion funnels to maximize marketing effectiveness.
  • Monitor website performance and user behavior using Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics platforms to improve conversion rates.
  • Track digital marketing, website, social media, SEO, paid campaigns, email marketing, and customer engagement metrics across all marketing channels.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy by managing lead lifecycle analysis, marketing automation reporting, data validation, and identifying discrepancies affecting business performance.
  • Perform customer segmentation, behavioral analysis, cohort analysis, and retention reporting to improve customer acquisition and lifetime value.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, market trend analysis, predictive reporting, and forecasting to support business planning and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, CRM, Operations, and Finance teams to improve campaign performance, reporting accuracy, and overall business growth.
  • Identify actionable insights and recommend optimization strategies based on campaign performance, customer behaviour, and business data.
  • Prepare executive reports and presentations with clear visualizations, trends, and recommendations for senior management and leadership.
  • Track marketing budgets, campaign effectiveness, and performance against business objectives while ensuring accurate reporting of key marketing KPIs. Perform regular data cleansing, quality audits.,
  • Responsible for identifying actionable insights and recommending optimization strategies based on campaign and customer data
