Marketing Executer

We are looking for a hands\-on Marketing Manager who can plan and execute offline events, run and analyse online advertising, and produce high\-quality video content. The ideal candidate comes from real estate (preferably plotted development, farmhouse, villa, second\-home or resort projects) and understands how marketing translates into site visits and bookings.

1\) Offline Events \& On\-Ground Marketing.

2\) Online Media \& Advertisement Analysis.

3\) Video Shoot \& Video Editing.

4\) Brand, Compliance \& Sales Coordination.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA / PG in Marketing preferred.
• 3–4 years of marketing experience, with **at least 2 years in the real estate industry** (plotted development, farmhouse, villa, second home, resort or land projects preferred).
• Proven experience in end\-to\-end event management.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and lead\-tracking/CRM tools.
• Practical skills in video shooting and editing; a portfolio of work is required.
• Good communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work on weekends (peak site\-visit days), with a weekday off.
• Own two\-wheeler or four\-wheeler preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
