Marketing Executive

• *1\. Sales and revenue**

• Achieve the annual and monthly sales targets in volume (tonnes), value and contribution margin.
• Prepare the annual sales budget and forecast by customer, product and region with the MD.
• Track order booking, dispatch and sales against target every week and act on gaps.
• Grow share of business with existing customers through new SKUs, structures and formats.

• *2\. Business development**

• Identify and win new customers in target segments such as FMCG, food, dairy, pharma, personal care and agro.
• Develop new markets, regions and export opportunities, and build a qualified prospect pipeline.
• Lead product trials and sampling with customers alongside the technical and quality teams.
• Promote value\-added and sustainable solutions such as recyclable mono\-material laminates and downgauged films.

• *3\. Key account and customer management**

• Manage relationships with key accounts at purchase, marketing, quality and R\&D levels.
• Understand each customer's packaging needs: barrier properties, machinability, shelf life, print and pack size.
• Resolve complaints with the quality and production teams within the agreed time and follow up on corrective action.
• Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews and customer satisfaction surveys.

• *4\. Pricing, costing and commercial terms**

• Prepare quotations with the costing team based on structure, GSM, raw material prices, ink, cylinders and conversion cost.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms and contracts within approved margins.
• Pass on raw material price changes (polymer, BOPP, PET, aluminium foil) through timely price revisions.
• Ensure collections are on time and keep receivables within the approved credit days.

• *5\. Marketing**

• Prepare and run the annual marketing plan: brand building, trade fairs, product catalogues and digital presence.
• Track market trends, competitor pricing, new technologies and packaging regulations.
• Collect market intelligence on raw materials, customer launches and demand to guide production planning.
• Support new product development by passing on customer feedback and market needs.

• *6\. Team leadership**

• Recruit, train and lead the sales and marketing team, and set clear monthly targets for each member.
• Review team performance and conduct appraisals, coaching and field accompaniment.
• Build a disciplined sales process: visit plans, call reports, pipeline tracking and CRM updates.

• *7\. Internal coordination**

• Share accurate sales forecasts with planning, production and procurement to secure raw material and capacity.
• Coordinate with pre\-press and design on artwork, cylinder approvals and shade cards.
• Work with quality, production and logistics to deliver orders on time and in full.
• Coordinate with accounts on invoicing, credit limits and collections.

• *8\. Reporting and compliance**

• Submit weekly and monthly MIS to the MD: sales, order book, pipeline, collections, margins and new customers.
• Ensure customer specifications, food\-contact and regulatory requirements are documented and agreed.
• Follow company policies, the code of conduct and ethical sales practices.

• *The company will provide the following benefits to the selected candidate:**

• **Total Relocation Allowance:** USD 500 per month, as an estimated relocation support amount provided by the company.
• **Food Allowance:** USD 250 per month.
• **Rent/Accommodation Allowance:** USD 250 per month. The candidate's eligible rent/accommodation expenses will be covered by the company.
• **Employment Type:** Permanent Role.
• **Job Location:** Tema, Ghana, Africa.
• **Air Ticket:** The company will bear the cost of the candidate's air ticket for travel/joining to Ghana
