BII is a business consulting and service\-oriented organization specializing in delivering high impact corporate solutions. We design and execute a wide range of B2B initiatives, including corporate conferences, workshops, business awards, investor forums, and professional training programs.

• *About the Role:**

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support our ongoing and upcoming B2B conference marketing campaigns. This is a hands\-on, execution\-driven role for someone who can start immediately and take ownership of campaign delivery from day one.

• *Responsibilities as a Digital Marketer:**

• Execute digital campaigns to drive event registrations and leads
• Manage and optimize paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
• Run email marketing campaigns and database promotions
• Handle LinkedIn posting and engagement
• Monitor campaign performance and quickly optimize based on data
• Coordinate with internal teams for creatives and landing pages
• Ensure smooth execution of live campaigns with minimal supervision

• *Technical Skills:**

Social media analytics and engagement tracking LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook posting and scheduling Email campaign creation and execution Campaign setup, bidding strategies, budget allocation CRM integration and lead flow tracking

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
