• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads, acquire clients, and increase brand awareness.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and other online channels.
• Identify and approach potential clients, particularly hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and businesses.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution, content development, and marketing activities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage client relationships, follow\-ups, presentations, and marketing communications.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing metrics, and prepare reports.
• Support brand\-building initiatives, promotional activities, and client acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with SEO, social media, content, and design teams to ensure effective campaign delivery.
• Achieve assigned marketing targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 3 years of experience in **healthcare marketing or digital marketing**.
• Experience in marketing hospitals, clinics, healthcare services, or digital marketing solutions will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and identify prospective clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and marketing reporting tools.
• Strong follow\-up skills, target orientation, and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross\-functional teams.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
