• *About the Role**

Prathama Blood Centre is looking for an energetic and motivated **Marketing Executive \- Community Outreach** to help strengthen our lifesaving mission by promoting voluntary blood donation across Ahmedabad. This role involves connecting with corporates, educational institutions, NGOs, residential communities, and other organizations to create awareness and organize blood donation drives.

As a Donor Consultant, you will be the face of Prathama Blood Centre in the community, inspiring individuals and organizations to contribute towards saving lives through blood donation.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Community Outreach \& Relationship Management**

• Build and maintain strong relationships with blood donation camp organizers, corporates, educational institutions, NGOs, and housing societies.
• Identify and develop new opportunities for blood donation drives across Ahmedabad.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to promote voluntary blood donation.

• *Blood Donation Camp Coordination**

• Plan, organize, and coordinate blood donation camps.
• Ensure smooth execution of camps in collaboration with organizers and internal teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for camp organizers before, during, and after the event.

• *Awareness \& Public Engagement**

• Create awareness about the importance of voluntary blood donation.
• Educate the public about donor eligibility, blood requirements, and the impact of donation.
• Represent Prathama Blood Centre at community events and outreach programs.

• *Donor \& Organizer Support**

• Address concerns and grievances of donors and camp organizers professionally and promptly.
• Build long\-term relationships to encourage repeat participation and sustained engagement.

• *Reporting \& Target Achievement**

• Maintain and update donor and organizer databases.
• Track outreach activities and camp performance.
• Achieve monthly outreach and donation targets.

• *Education \& Experience**

• *Education**

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MSW, MBA (Marketing), or related qualifications will be an added advantage.

• *Experience**

• 1\+ year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Community Outreach, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and networking skills may also apply.
