Marketing Executive

Ø Promote hospital services to professional doctors, Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Poly clinics, Institutions, Public sectors, Government Personal, MNC, TPA’s / Insurance.

Ø Report on daily basis to the COO on the day’s activity. Submit written report.

Ø Maintain doctor / institution call on an average of at least 8 – 10\.

Ø Visit corporate houses small, medium and large.

Ø Prepare an activity chart for a day, week and month.

Ø Update technical and mechanical knowledge on the services and facilities in the hospital.

Ø Liaison with hospital doctors and external consultants / GP’s / Admin personnel.

Ø Send thanking letters on behalf of Institution / Doctor.

Ø Identify potential referring doctors, classify them

Ø Identify potential companies – Classify and make follow up. Promote preventive packages.

Ø Identify TPA’s potential for business.

Ø Identify educational community development, welfare centers, promote services and conduct paid or free camps.

Ø Identify and follow up district or outstation business segments.

Ø Build rapport, strengthen referral base and have lasting relations.

Ø Create an action plan with activities for the month, week and day. Make forecasts.

Ø Follow up on professional doctors meeting and discussion.

Ø Prepare marketing budget and compare expense budget.

Ø Achieve targeted revenues.
