Marketing Executive – Hospital

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result\-oriented Marketing Executive to join our hospital team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting hospital services, building relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, increasing patient referrals, and developing new business opportunities to support hospital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services, facilities, and medical specialties to doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Visit nearby hospitals, clinics, and medical centers to develop professional relationships.
• Generate patient referrals and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors and healthcare partners.
• Conduct field marketing activities to increase hospital awareness and patient footfall.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support marketing initiatives.
• Follow up with referral partners and maintain regular communication.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare daily field visit reports, referral reports, and marketing updates.
• Achieve assigned marketing targets and contribute to hospital growth.
• Support health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in hospital marketing, healthcare sales, or medical representative roles is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with doctors.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
• Strong organizational skills and a target\-oriented mindset.
• **Must own a two\-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.**

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
