• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Marketing Executive to support our marketing and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, promoting company products, and supporting sales growth.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Promote company products, including adhesive tapes, industrial packaging materials, flexible films, fibres, and plastering products.
• Generate leads through market research, field visits, networking, and customer references.
• Visit prospective clients, dealers, distributors, and industrial customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team to provide suitable product solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity reports.
• Achieve assigned marketing and business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service and order processing.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of market research and lead generation.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• Candidates with experience in manufacturing, industrial packaging, FMCG, or B2B marketing will be preferred.
• Experience in handling dealers, distributors, and industrial clients will be an added advantage.
• Self\-motivated, proactive, and target\-oriented.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
