Pro Ivy Design is a Retail \& Interior Design firm with teams in **Mumbai and Dubai**, working with retailers, brands and design teams across India and international markets.

• *The Role**

We are looking for a **smart, proactive and digitally savvy Marketing Executive** to generate B2B leads and support our international business development.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Research **retailers, brands and potential clients** in India and international markets.
• Identify relevant decision\-makers in **Store Design, Retail Architecture, Projects, Construction and Rollouts**.
• Generate and maintain qualified prospect databases using **Apollo.io, LinkedIn and other lead\-generation platforms**.
• Execute targeted **email marketing and LinkedIn outreach**.
• Research and implement **AI tools** for lead generation, research, marketing and productivity.
• Track leads, follow\-ups and responses.

• *Skills Required**

• 1–3 years' experience in **B2B Marketing, Lead Generation, Digital Marketing, Inside Sales or Business Development**.
• Good knowledge of **LinkedIn, Apollo.io, email marketing and AI tools**.
• Excellent online research skills and good written/verbal **English communication**.
• Smart, proactive, curious and **comfortable working independently in a remote environment**.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
