Marketing Executive / Medical Representative

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Build strong relationships with surgeons, department heads, and hospital leadership.
• Track market trends, competitors, and local healthcare changes.
• Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and doctors to promote pharmaceutical/medical products.
• Promote hospital services, doctors, and healthcare packages
• Increase OPD/IPD footfall through field and referral marketing
• Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors and clinics
• Coordinate corporate tie\-ups and health check\-up camps
• Support digital marketing and branding activities
• Organize community outreach and promotional events
• Collect patient feedback and testimonials
• Conduct basic market and competitor analysis
• Prepare daily/weekly marketing reports

• *Requirements**

• Strong understanding of protocols.
• Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 \-3 years medical pharma/healthcare marketing experience (hospital\-focused).
• Proven record of exceeding sales and case\-generation targets.
• Willing to travel extensively within territory.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
