• *What You'll Do**

As a Polymer Specialist, you will

✔ Recommend the right polymer grades based on customer applications, processing requirements, and cost optimization.

✔ Stay ahead of emerging polymer technologies, processing innovations, and market trends.

✔ Conduct technical discussions with customers to understand their manufacturing challenges and provide effective material solutions.

✔ Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped market segments.

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, converters, processors, and industry leaders.

✔ Independently represent the company during meetings with senior management and decision\-makers.

✔ Analyse competitor products, pricing strategies, and market positioning.

✔ Support sales growth through technical expertise, application development, and solution\-based selling.

✔ Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer servicing and business development.

• *Who We're Looking ForEducation**

• Bachelor's Degree in Plastic Engineering / Polymer Science

• *OR**

• Any equivalent technical qualification with relevant Polymer Industry experience

Additional qualifications in **Marketing or Business Management** will be an advantage.

Computer Skills

• MS Excel (Advanced)
• Google Sheets

• *Experience**

✔ 1\+ years of experience in the Polymer or Plastic Industry.

✔ Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a Polymer background are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
