• *Job Responsibilities:**

\* Handle customer communication through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

\* Coordinate with existing and potential customers.

\* Follow up on customer inquiries and business leads.

\* Prepare quotations, emails, and basic marketing reports.

\* Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and order updates.

\* Maintain customer databases and marketing records.

\* Support the marketing team in daily activities and business development.

Required Skills

\* Good English communication skills.

\* Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Word.

\* Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

\* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

\* Ability to communicate professionally with customers.

Eligibility

\* Graduation is mandatory (Bsc , Bca, Bcom)
