Marketing Executive

• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the CT/PT transformer industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing customer relationships, promoting company products, and supporting sales growth across utilities, EPC contractors, electrical panel manufacturers, OEMs, and industrial customers.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote CT/PT transformer products.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Visit clients, consultants, electrical contractors, OEMs, and distributors to promote products.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
• Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• *Required Skills**

• Good knowledge of Current Transformers (CT), Potential Transformers (PT), and related electrical products.
• Understanding of power distribution systems and electrical industry standards.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain long\-term customer relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Business Administration/Marketing.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or sales of CT/PT transformers or related electrical equipment.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• Experience working with transformer manufacturers or electrical equipment companies.
• Existing network with utilities, EPC contractors, switchgear manufacturers, or industrial customers is an advantage.
• Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
