Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and self\-driven Field Marketing Representatives to identify business opportunities and connect with prospective clients.

Your primary responsibility will be meeting business owners and decision\-makers, understanding their requirements, and introducing Metanoia Studios' services.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential clients in your assigned city
• Generate qualified business leads
• Present company services
• Schedule meetings and demonstrations
• Maintain prospect records and follow\-up activities
• Build long\-term professional relationships

Eligibility

• Must own a two\-wheeler
• Valid Driving License is mandatory
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable with field visits and client interactions
• Sales, Marketing, Medical Representative (MR), Pharma, Hospitality, or Business Development experience preferred

Compensation Structure

Maximum Salary: ₹20,000 per month

• 100% target achieved \= 100% salary (₹20,000\)
• 75% target achieved \= 75% salary
• 50% target achieved \= 50% salary
• No business generated \= No salary

This is a performance\-driven role designed for individuals who are confident in meeting clients and generating business opportunities.
