Job Title: Head – Lead Generation \& Performance MarketingLocation: Mumbai (Dadar / Corporate HQ)Vertical: Luxury Real Estate (Townships) \& Experiential Hospitality Job PurposeThe Head of Lead Generation will own the entire inbound and outbound lead acquisition strategy for Della Townships’ multi\-crore real estate and hospitality portfolios. This is a high\-accountability role tasked with generating hyper\-targeted, high\-intent leads (HNIs, Ultra\-HNIs, NRIs, and Corporate buyers) through digital performance marketing, data engineering, account\-based marketing, and strategic B2B channel alliances.Key Responsibilities1\. Strategic Lead Generation \& Performance MarketingOmnichannel Strategy: Architect, deploy, and scale data\-driven lead generation funnels across paid search, social (Meta, LinkedIn), programmatic display, and native advertising networks.HNI \& NRI Targeting: Develop micro\-targeted digital campaigns specifically designed to penetrate premium demographics (C\-suite executives, business owners, and non\-resident Indians) for luxury second\-homes and township plots.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Oversee the optimization of landing pages, lead capture forms, and digital touchpoints to maximize visitor\-to\-lead conversion rates
#### **Job Expectations:**
2\. Marketing Automation \& CRM Data Management
Funnel Architecture: Lead the integration between digital ad platforms, marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or LeadSquared), and the internal sales CRM.
Lead Scoring \& Nurturing: Implement predictive lead scoring and automated email/WhatsApp nurturing journeys to warm up prospects before they reach the real estate closing team.
Data Hygiene: Maintain a clean, segmented database of premium prospects to execute personalized account\-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
3\. Strategic B2B \& Channel Lead Generation
Corporate \& MICE Leads: Collaborate with the corporate sales division to generate B2B inbound leads for Della’s corporate retreats, MICE venues, and wellness destination offerings.
Channel Partner (CP) Digitization: Build digital toolkits and automated co\-branded lead landing systems to support real estate brokers and channel partners.
4\. Analytics, Budgeting, and ROI Ownership
Data\-Driven Insights: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly analytical dashboards monitoring critical metrics: Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Lead\-to\-Site\-Visit ratio, and overall Marketing ROI.
Budget Optimization: Manage a substantial marketing budget, dynamically allocating spend to the highest\-yielding geographic locations and channels.
Candidate Profile \& Requirements
Education: MBA in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a relevant degree from a top\-tier institution.
Experience: 8 to 12\+ years of core experience in Performance Marketing and Lead Generation, with at least 3\-5 years leading the function in Luxury Real Estate, High\-End Wealth Management, or Premium Hospitality
