Job Description – Marketing Head

Job Summary
The Marketing Head is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the hotel's brand visibility, drive revenue growth, increase occupancy, and strengthen market positioning. The role oversees all marketing, advertising, digital marketing, public relations, branding, and promotional activities while ensuring alignment with the hotel's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead all branding, advertising, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.
- Drive room revenue, F\&B sales, banquet business, and other revenue\-generating activities through effective marketing initiatives.
- Manage the hotel's online presence, including website, social media platforms, online travel agencies (OTAs), and digital advertising channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
- Plan and execute public relations activities, press releases, media events, and brand\-building initiatives.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports on ROI and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, F\&B, and Revenue Management teams to support business objectives.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Oversee content creation, photography, videography, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and guest touchpoints.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand the hotel's reach.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost\-effective utilization of resources.
Qualifications \& Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Master's Degree/MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, branding, PR, and market analytics.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and performance analytics platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Working Conditions
The position may require travel, participation in networking events, exhibitions, media engagements, and occasional work during weekends or holidays to support hotel events and marketing campaigns.
Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
