• *Role Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in New Delhi. This is a full\-time, on\-site role where you will oversee all digital marketing activities, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and target audience within the migration and legal services industry.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

1\. Digital Strategy Development

• Design and implement a data\-driven digital marketing strategy to enhance online visibility and generate leads.
• Develop and maintain a strong online presence across digital platforms, including the company website, social media channels, and email campaigns.

2\. Campaign Management

• Plan and execute targeted multichannel campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media,and content marketing.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring ROI and continuous optimization.

3\. Content Marketing

• Oversee the creation of high\-quality, engaging content tailored to the target audience.
• Manage content calendars, blogs, newsletters, and digital assets to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

4\. Social Media Management

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow the brand’s presence and foster audience engagement.
• Collaborate with agencies to ensure impactful, on\-brand messaging across all platforms.

5\. Website and SEO Optimization

• Manage website updates, ensuring functionality, user experience, and alignment with marketing goals.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

6\. Analytics and Reporting

• Define KPIs for digital initiatives and measure success using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Generate reports and provide actionable insights for improving performance and meeting objectives.

7\. Team Collaboration and Leadership

• Work closely with cross\-functional teams, including sales, service development, and external agencies, to execute cohesive marketing initiatives.
• Lead a team of digital marketers and provide guidance to enhance productivity and creativity.

• *Qualifications and Skills:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 8\+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in the immigration, legal services, or service\-based industry (must have).
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM platforms.
• Exceptional communication, team management, and interpersonal skills.
