We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **Marketing Manager** who can develop and execute marketing strategies to promote and grow our innovative electronic and IoT\-based products.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase product sales.
• Identify new markets, customers, dealers, distributors and business opportunities.
• Promote products through online and offline marketing channels.
• Generate business leads and convert them into sales.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, IndiaMART and other marketing platforms.
• Develop B2B, corporate and institutional customer networks.
• Plan promotional campaigns and monitor marketing performance.
• Lead and manage the marketing team.

• *Requirements:**

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in product marketing, preferably electronics, electrical, IoT or technology products.
• Strong B2B marketing and sales development skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and team management skills.
• Target\-oriented with the ability to independently develop new business opportunities.

Pay: ₹15,027\.44 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
