Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Marketing Professional to drive business development and promote engineering products, industrial solutions, and calibration services.

The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, excellent client\-handling skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and develop long\-term relationships with corporate and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

\- Promote engineering products, industrial solutions, and calibration services to potential clients.

\- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the engineering, marine, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.

\- Generate leads through direct visits, networking, references, and market research.

\- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, industries, shipyards, and engineering companies.

\- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to recommend suitable products and services.

\- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow\-ups to convert business opportunities.

\- Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand market reach and achieve business targets.

\- Maintain client databases, sales pipelines, and regular business development reports.

\- Explore opportunities for new projects, service contracts, and long\-term business partnerships.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

\- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.

\- Experience in engineering, industrial, marine, shipyard, or calibration services will be preferred.

\- Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English is mandatory.

\- Good understanding of engineering products, technical services, and industrial requirements.

\- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client\-management skills.

\- Ability to independently generate leads and convert prospects into business.

\- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

\- Candidates with an established network in the industrial and marine sectors will have an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

\- Candidates who have previously worked with Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) will be highly preferred.

\- Candidates with experience dealing with shipyards, marine companies, engineering industries, and industrial clients.

\- Candidates having their own vehicle for local client visits will be preferred.

Compensation \& Benefits

\- Gross Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month.

\- Other benefits as per company policy.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
