Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to acquire new chit fund customers.
• Generate leads through field marketing, referrals and direct customer visits.
• Promote various chit fund schemes and explain their benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow\-ups.
• Manage and motivate the marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales performance reports.
• Coordinate with management for business development activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Any Degree / MBA (Marketing preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales \& Marketing.
• Experience in Chit Funds, Banking, NBFC or Financial Services preferred.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Target\-oriented with strong leadership skills.
• Two\-wheeler preferred for field visits.

• *Salary:** Based on experience \+ Attractive Incentives.
