We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. This position offers tremendous learning \& growth opportunities.
Ø Develop and implement marketing strategies for core \& coil products
Ø Identify and develop new markets and customer segments
Ø Support the sales team with technical product content and marketing materials
Ø Manage customer relationships and handle key accounts
Ø Plan and execute branding, advertising, and promotional activities
Ø Monitor competitor activities and conduct market analysis
Ø Coordinate with production and R\&D for product positioning
Ø Participate in pricing, tenders, and bid submissions
Ø Generate leads and track marketing campaign effectiveness
Ø Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial), MBA/PGDM in Marketing or International Business
Ø Total Experience: 2\+ years
Ø Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B industrial/engineering marketing
Ø Domain Knowledge: Experience in transformer components (core \& coil), electrical equipment, or heavy manufacturing industries is highly preferred
Ø Strong knowledge of core \& coil products and manufacturing processes
Ø B2B industrial marketing expertise
Ø Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ø Market research and competitive analysis skills
Ø CRM and lead management experience
Ø Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms
Ø Strategic thinking and problem\-solving ability
Ø Tendering and pricing strategy understanding
Ø Team leadership and cross\-functional collaboration
Ø Proficiency in MS Office, ERP (SAP preferred)
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
