Marketing Manager – Creatabar Pvt. Ltd.
Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing and coordinating all approved marketing initiatives to generate qualified business leads, increase brand visibility, support sales growth, and ensure timely execution of online and offline marketing activities. The role focuses on implementation, campaign management, lead generation, and performance monitoring while working under the guidance of the Operations \& Branding Head.
Job Roles \& Responsibilities
1\. Marketing Execution
Execute the approved annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans.
Prepare detailed campaign schedules and activity calendars.
Ensure timely execution of all marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with internal departments for successful campaign implementation.
2\. Digital Marketing
Manage Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO, and email marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize lead generation.
Manage website updates, landing pages, and digital enquiries.
Track online campaign performance and recommend improvements.
3\. Offline Marketing
Execute local branding and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate newspaper, magazine, radio, LED screens, hoardings, and outdoor advertising.
Organize exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, networking events, and showroom activities.
Coordinate printing and distribution of brochures, catalogues, banners, standees, and promotional materials.
4\. Lead Generation
Generate qualified enquiries for commercial interior design, fit\-out, furniture, and workplace solutions.
Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development teams to ensure timely lead allocation and follow\-up.
Monitor lead quality, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
5\. Social Media Management
Execute the approved social media content calendar.
Coordinate the publishing of posts, reels, videos, blogs, and newsletters.
Monitor engagement and audience growth.
Respond to enquiries received through digital platforms.
6\. Photography, Videography \& Client Testimonials
Schedule professional photography and videography for completed projects.
Coordinate walkthrough videos, drone shoots, and project documentation.
Arrange and record client testimonials.
Maintain an organized library of project photos, videos, and testimonials.
7\. Marketing Coordination
Coordinate with designers, project teams, sales, and external agencies for marketing requirements.
Ensure marketing materials are available before campaigns, exhibitions, and client presentations.
Coordinate product launches and showroom promotional activities.
8\. Website \& Content Management
Update completed projects, products, blogs, and news on the company website.
Coordinate SEO content and landing page updates.
Maintain digital marketing assets and content databases.
9\. Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, photographers, videographers, printers, media houses, and event organizers.
Track vendor timelines, quality, and deliverables.
Obtain quotations and coordinate purchase requests for marketing activities.
10\. Market Intelligence
Monitor competitors' campaigns, products, pricing, and promotions.
Identify market trends and customer preferences.
Submit recommendations for improving marketing performance.
11\. Reporting \& Performance Monitoring
Prepare and submit
Daily marketing activity reports
Weekly campaign status reports
Monthly lead generation reports
Campaign ROI analysis
Social media performance reports
Website analytics
Lead source analysis
Event and exhibition reports
Photography and testimonial status reports

Number of qualified leads generated

Lead\-to\-meeting conversion
