1\. Develop marketing strategies to increase hospital brand visibility and patient footfall.

2\. Promote maternity, gynecology, pediatrics, NICU, PICU, IVF, and fertility services.

3\. Increase OPD visits, IPD admissions, deliveries, and other hospital services.

4\. Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and referral hospitals.

5\. Conduct regular visits to referral doctors and healthcare institutions.

6\. Identify new business opportunities and referral sources.

7\. Organize health camps, medical camps, and community awareness programmes.

8\. Develop corporate tie\-ups and institutional partnerships.

9\. Plan and manage digital marketing and social media campaigns.

10\. Monitor the hospital website, Google profile, and online presence.

11\. Coordinate with agencies for digital marketing and advertising.

12\. Prepare brochures, banners, flyers, and other promotional materials.

13\. Plan monthly marketing activities and promotional campaigns.

14\. Monitor marketing expenses and budget utilization.

15\. Study competitors, market trends, and patient requirements.

16\. Promote maternity packages, child healthcare, and other hospital services.

17\. Coordinate with doctors for health awareness programmes and educational content.

18\. Follow up on patient enquiries and improve enquiry conversion.

19\. Monitor marketing leads, patient footfall, and referral conversions.

20\. Maintain relationships with corporate companies, schools, and communities.

21\. Manage online reviews, patient feedback, and hospital reputation.

22\. Ensure ethical marketing practices and proper approval of advertisements.

23\. Coordinate with hospital departments for marketing activities.

24\. Manage and guide the marketing and business development team.

25\. Set targets and monitor the performance of marketing executives.

26\. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.

27\. Monitor marketing performance and revenue generation.

28\. Identify opportunities for new services and business growth.

29\. Maintain records of marketing activities, doctor visits, and campaigns.

30\. Achieve monthly and annual marketing targets assigned by management.
