Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and performance\-driven **Digital Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive** to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive high\-quality lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing with a strong focus on lead acquisition and ROI optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
- Generate quality leads for Assisted Living, Home Healthcare, Senior Care, Rehabilitation, and related services.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Manage social media platforms and content calendars.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to create engaging creatives and landing pages.
- Track website performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing tools.
- Implement SEO and Local SEO strategies to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead nurturing and conversion rates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Experience in Healthcare, Senior Care, Wellness, Hospitality, or Service Industry marketing will be an added advantage.
