This role will translate CMO\-led strategies into high\-performing campaigns that generate MQLs, booked calls, and qualified pipeline.You will lead the India marketing team while ensuring campaigns are launched efficiently and continuously optimised.**Key Responsibilities**
Own campaign execution from planning to launch and optimisation
Build campaign strategies including offers, funnels, targeting, and messaging
Coordinate across growth, performance, SEO, outreach, and marketing tech teams
Ensure campaigns are QA\-tested and launch\-ready
Monitor performance and optimize based on data and conversion quality
Maintain tracking, attribution, and reporting dashboards
Act as the key liaison between the India team and the U.S.\-based CMO
*Success Metrics**
Growth in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
Improved MQL\-to\-booked call conversion rates
Enhanced paid channel performance
Faster campaign launch cycles
Accurate tracking and reporting
*Requirements**
7\+ years of experience in digital marketing
2\+ years of team management experience
Hands\-on expertise in Google Ads (mandatory)
Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads
Experience in funnel building and demand generation
Strong understanding of conversion optimization, paid media, and SEO
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Zapier, and Google Sheets
*Working Hours:**
Mandatory overlap with U.S. team: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST (Monday to Friday)
Pay: ₹1,200,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
